Do you ever feel overwhelmed with the online yoga options out there? There seems to be thousands of experts offering different options to satisfy any kind of yoga you can imagine. It can be hard to figure out which one is right for you. So I thought I would share my favorite 30-minute yoga flows.
Although I do my fair share of mixing things up, trying different platforms as well as teachers, more often than not I find myself returning to the same flows again and again. The type of flow I usually look for is within the realm of “power yoga”. A flow that will stretch you out but also make you sweat. I like flows that are around 30 minutes and have an energized pace.
The flows I am featuring today can all be found on Active by POPSUGAR which is currently a free online resource. Here we go!
30-Minute Yoga Flow For Abs and Butt
First of all, I love the pace of this particular flow. The teacher Jess Taras starts with an easy-to-follow, slower pace for the first series and then quickens up the pace for a couple more rounds of the same sequence. The combination of poses she puts together is invigorating and keeps the flow moving. This flow is probably my number 1 go-to for a quick, no-fuss yoga workout.
Pure Joy Yoga, Cardio & Meditation
Here’s another flow that will get you sweating. And an added bonus, it has a bit of meditation in it, something I totally need to work on. I like the vibe of this flow along with the super friendly attitude of instructor Kelsey Patel. Check it out if you need a flow that is full of happy vibes.
30-Minute Power Yoga Flow
This flow also has a nice pace to it. Before I knew it, the 30 minutes were done. Teacher Koya Webb has a pleasantness about here that I really like. You’ll get a great all-around workout with this option, and there were definitely moments where I really feeling the burn π
These three online yoga flows are great for all levels. Just go at your own pace, there are modifications for every pose. Integrating regular yoga into my workout mix has offered a great balance with the other activities I do. If you’re still trying to figure out what your workout mix is, I recommend taking a peek at my post How to Find Your Fitness Groove.
Do you have any go-to yoga flows? If so, I’d love to hear about them. Feel free to share them in the comments below. Aloha!
