Smoothie of the Week: Papaya & Dragon Fruit

Papaya and Dragon Fruit Smoothie

Papaya is one of my favorite fruits. Actually, one of my favorite foods! I try to put it in as many smoothie concoctions as I can and this one is no exception. Here is a layered smoothie recipe that my two kiddos love as well. It’s sweet, creamy and super easy to make. Top with your favorite berries or cut up fruit to add some extra fruity zing!

Papaya and Dragon Fruit Smoothie Ingredients

I am going to try and post a smoothie of the week, every week. These may include classic smoothies or smoothie bowls.Β I’m excited to experiment and hope to discover some new favorites! What are some of your favorite smoothies or bowls?

I love papaya too! I usually just eat it by itself or with my cereal or oatmeal for breakfast. I’m going to put it in my smoothie this week, yum! Do you eat the seeds too? I’ve been researching that, it’s supposed to be really good for your body!
