I love simple workouts. Some of my favorites actually require little to no equipment and really rely more on dynamic movement and utilizing your own body weight. I’ve put together a few of my favorite no-equipment workouts to share with you today and I hope you find them useful. Oh and just because their simple, doesn’t mean they’re easy 😉
*Please feel free to adjust and modify these workouts where needed. Warm-up properly, take breaks and be sure to hydrate and stretch. And oh yeah, have fun!
“Dirty Dozen”
12 Rounds
12 Pushups
12 Squats
12 Sit Ups
12 Lunges
“Cardio Crusher”
3 Round for Time (1 min rest in between)
30 Mountain Climbers
20 Jump Squats
10 Burpees
5 Pushups
30 Second Plank
“Booty Buster”
1 Round for Time
40 Squats
10 Burpees
30 Lunges
10 Burpees
20 Situps
10 Burpees
20 Situps
10 Burpees
30 Lunges
10 Burpees
40 Squats
“Good Golly Miss Molly“
Start with:
400m Run
2 Rounds of:
20 Pushups
30 Situps
40 Squats
Finish with:
400m Run
“Lucky Number 7”
7 Rounds for Time
7 Pushups
7 Situps
7 Squats
200m Run
Bonus! “Ab Burn”
Feel free to add on to any of the above workouts.

So there you go! Just a few of my favorite no-equipment workouts. These kinds of workouts also come in especially handy when you’re traveling and might not have access to a gym.
