I love smoothies. Especially when they are quick and easy to put together. And I love how you can make a smoothie out of pretty much anything you’ve got on hand (anything that makes healthy sense of course) and I’m excited to share a few of my favorites. Without further delay, here are some delicious 3 ingredient smoothie recipes.

Banana + Papaya + Spinach
1 Banana
1/2 Papaya
Handful of Spinach

Splash of Coconut Milk (or whatever liquid you prefer)
Add a few ice cubes to chill it up a bit.
Banana + Almond Butter + Blackberry
1 Banana
2-3 tablespoons of Almond Butter
Handful of Blackberries
—–
Splash of Almond Milk (or whatever liquid you prefer)
Add a few ice cubes to chill it up a bit.
Banana + Dragonfruit + Spinach
1 Banana
1 Cup Frozen Dragonfruit (I use Pitaya Plus)
Handful of Spinach
—–
Splash of Coconut Milk (or whatever liquid you prefer)
Add a few ice cubes to chill it up a bit.
Banana + Orange + Pineapple
1 Banana
1/2 Orange
1 Cup Chopped Pineapple

Splash of Coconut Milk (or whatever liquid you prefer)
Add a few ice cubes to chill it up a bit.
Banana + Peanut Butter + Vanilla Protein Powder
1 Banana
2-3 Tablespoons Peanut Butter
1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder (I use Bob’s Red Mill with Chia)

Splash of Almond Milk (or whatever liquid you prefer)
Add a few ice cubes to chill it up a bit.
Simple right? Just a few of my go-to 3 ingredient smoothie recipes. All of these recipes use banana as the base, for sweetness and a more creamy texture. And being able to use some of the same ingredients for multiple recipes, is always great for your shopping list and budget.
