Active Style: Fabletics Outfit Review

I am super stoked to be able to share a review of an outfit I received from Fabletics. I have never tried the Fabletics brand before and as a runner, I was interested to see how it compared to my usual gear.

I received two items:

• The Delta Seamless Long Sleeve Top in Tangerine
• High-Waisted Mesh Powerhold Legging in Daydream Print

First Impressions

Both items seem very well made. Strong and sturdy fabric and stitching. The colors are vibrant and the design of both pieces impressed me. Of course time will tell on stretch and fade, but right off the bat, both items scream quality.

Fit

Leggings – The leggings fit me almost perfectly. Which is pretty impressive as I usually have problems, especially with length. Let’s just say my legs are not the longest. So I did measure my inseam before I ordered and the fit was spot on. Very smooth and comfortable material throughout.

Top – The top material is very soft and stretchy. I would probably say go a size down in this particular top. I ordered a small and it was a bit roomier than I would have liked in the torso area. Maybe after a little carbo-loading it would fit just right, I kid, I kid! I wanted to try out a long sleeve top because it can get a little chilly during my morning runs, even in Hawaii.

Design

Leggings – I love the print on these leggings. “Daydream” is quite the appropriate name. It has a watercolor sort of feel, splashes of color dance over the fabric. The stitching on the leggings adds to the design, as well as mesh panels that showcase the same pattern.

Top – Light-weight and seamless, this long-sleeve top is super soft and comfy. There is some beautiful detail within the design that also allows for additional ventilation. I also love the thumbholes to help keep your hands cozy.

Performance

So far I am happy with the performance of both pieces. I was very comfortable throughout my run. I plan on seeing how both pieces hold up during CrossFit and Yoga but I anticipate there will be no issues. I hope to get many uses out of both items!

Overall

As you can tell I was pretty pleased with both the Delta Seamless Long Sleeve Top and the High-Waisted Mesh Powerhold Legging. The fit, design and performance all exceeded my expectations. The activewear at Fabletics has an elevated feel to it, these aren’t your average sweats ladies.
